Ruskin MD15 16 x fpm manual balancing damper ventline 555 quadrant here or scroll down for pictures up offer is. The dimensions of this damper are 16 x, but note that actual furnished a 1/4 smaller. They appear to rotate just fine on their respective axles.

The quadrant rotates fine and locks in place. The extent of testing performed was simply moving blades by hand. The frame is galvanized steel and in great shape.

The damper is also missing its original packaging.

The listing includes a ventline 555 quadrant. It is in good condition having never been installed before, but had sat unused and collected a bit of dust.
