They are considered an 8 x 8 grille, but the outside dimensions are 11 x 11. Just run your finger along the edge of the top plate and you'll find a smooth finished surface. I do not have the screws but they are readily available at any hardware store. Metal Fab has a high standard of design, production and finish on all products.
